Most of Let the Games Begin! runs on your device. We collect as little as possible, never sell your data, and never use it for advertising.

Player names, room codes, settings, casino chips, stats, and recent session activity are kept in your browser's local storage and session storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly create a shared online session. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data.

When you create or join a shared multiplayer session, the names you enter and the game state needed to keep the session in sync are stored on our backend. If you create an account, we store your email and an authentication identifier so you can sign back in. We do not store passwords in plaintext.

We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party advertising trackers. We don't profile you. We don't track real-money transactions because there aren't any — all in-game chips are play-money.

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies and browser-storage entries to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and run the games. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Casino invitation links encode the seat names and starting chip stack you choose. Don't put anything sensitive in a seat name — anyone with the link can see it.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email hello@itsgamenight.lovable.app and we'll honour valid requests.
