Let the Games Begin! (the “Service”) is a social party-game companion for friends and family. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority in your country, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Some games (including The Velvet Room casino room) are intended for ages 18+ and use play-money only — see our Disclaimer.

The Service offers casual, simulated card and casino games that use virtual chips with no monetary value. Chips cannot be purchased, cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for anything of value. The Service is not a gambling product and is not licensed as one.

You're responsible for the names, messages, and other content you enter. Don't use the Service to harass, threaten, infringe rights, share illegal material, or attempt to break or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

Some features work entirely on your device using browser storage; others may use an optional account. We can't recover game state stored only on your device if you clear your browser data.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory) and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.
